Championships & Honors
No matter what decade you swam with the Sarasota Sharks—or whether you were a young age-group swimmer splashing through summer practices or a dedicated competitor chasing podiums and records—you are part of a tradition that spans generations.
Since 1961, the Sarasota Sharks have been Developing Champions in every sense of the word. Champions in the water. Champions in character. Champions in leadership, resilience, and community.
The Sharks are among the most accomplished swim teams in the country—unequaled in both lineage and legacy. Across more than six decades, our swimmers, coaches, and families have built a program defined not only by championships and records, but by consistency, integrity, and excellence sustained over time.
Every relay swum, every practice endured, every meet raced—whether for joy, growth, or victory—has contributed to the achievements recognized here. These championships and honors belong not to a single era or a select few, but to all Sharks, past and present, who wore the logo and carried the standard forward.
This page celebrates what we built together.
Once a Shark. Always a Shark.
